general: leads groups of knights/archknights in clan wars, and can be promoted if the lord sees fit.
Colonel: leads smaller groups of about 3 or 2 squires and can be promoted if seen fit by lord
archknight: has responsibility of training recruits and making them out of the recruit and squire ranks
